| Those comments had nothing to do with race or nationality! Ron Clarke has always been a big fan of Coe, and his words were respect for someone who was a unique athlete (the only man to win 2 1500m Olympic titles, 11 WR's etc) who was running against the best in the world at the age of 33! Anyone with eyesight and an ounce of intelligent can see that Bile did impede Coe with 100m to go. This checked Coe's stride and lost him a couple of metres. |
