Kibaki to appeal for AU intervention in Somalia
The Somali crisis is expected to be the top agenda as African heads of states meet in Libya on Tuesday. President Mwai Kibaki is expected to make a strong appeal to the AU to help salvage the weak Somali government which is engaged in fighting with Islamist insurgents.
